Mission: Find 1-2 people in your ministry on the Absentee or Downward trend report. From what group have they been missing? Send them a text or make a phone call to check in on them.
Use the Movement Report to find 1-2 people in your ministry who’s EI has increased recently. Send them a text or make a phone call to check in on them.
The Engagement Index (EI) and Trends Explained
Mission: Find 1-2 people in your ministry and analyze their Engagement Index and Trend. Confirm the information in your ChMS to get a detailed understanding of their long-term and short-term engagement.
Know Your People
Mission: Look at one particular group of adults. Select a particular ministry or a specific team or group within the ministry.
Does the group have high EIs? Based on the Indicators, what is lacking in their participation? What patterns do you see? How might you be able to address issues and celebrate wins you are discovering?
Know Your Groups and Teams
Mission: Use the Group or Volunteer Teams tab in the Attendance Report. Select the People button and set the filters to choose a particular ministry or a specific team or group within the ministry.
Who is the person longest in the ministry/team/group? How many times have they attended? How can you celebrate them?
Use the Group or Volunteer Teams tab in the Attendance Report. Use the Unique People and Actual Attendance buttons then filter to choose a particular ministry or a specific team or group within the ministry.
- How many Unique People attended last year?
- How many Unique People attended last month?
- How many Actual Attendances were there last month?
Remember: Unique People is the number of individual people involved. Actual Attendance adds up the number of attendances.
